Dixon 8STBF10-SS Snap-Tite FF Coupler features a 1" female NPT connection on one end and a 1-1/4"-11 female BSPP thread on the other. Constructed from 316 stainless steel for corrosion resistance. Hex measures 2" and overall length is 3.67". Suitable for high-pressure hydraulic and industrial applications.

Construction

• Machined components are manufactured using solid bar stock
• Stainless steel balls, retaining rings and springs maximize corrosion resistance and extend service life.
• Steel componentry is plated using ROHS Compliant Trivalent Chrome.
• Steel coupler sleeves are hardened to resist deformation and maximize service life.
• Nitrile (Buna-N) seals are standard
• Incorporates PTFE anti-extrusion rings to protect seal components from dynamic impulse damage.

• Minimum burst pressure ratings were established under laboratory conditions using a Static Burst Unit (SBU). For high impulse applications and to meet Det Norske Veritas (DNV) compliance, the burst pressure must be divided by four (4) to ensure a 4:1 safety factor during system operation.
