RACL-Series Aluminum Cylinders include a lock nut that gives the reassurance of safe mechanical load holding for extended periods. Each cylinder is single-acting with a high-strength return spring for rapid retraction. The integral stop ring prevents plunger over-travel. All are equipped with bolt-on hardened steel saddles and a steel base plate for increased durability.

With approximately half of the weight of equivalent steel models, they combine an impressive power to weight ratio with the convenience of easier transport and positioning. RACL cylinders are rated for 10,000 psi (700 bar) and comply with ASME B30.1.
