The Diamond ACE (anti-corrosion exterior) chain incorporates an electrochemically bonded, protective exterior coating that is applied prior to assembly.
Each individual part is treated before assembly using a electrochemical bonding process that provides maximum resistance to iron oxide (red rust) corrosion.
Pre-assembly coating ensures all component parts are thoroughly treated, which prevents internal rust from seeping out and causing contamination.
Diamond ACE features a zinc-nickel and non-hexavalent chromate coating with a protective lubricant to provide corrosion protection and extended wear resistance.

Stainless Steel Riveted Roller Chains

HKK Stainless Steel chains are equipped with solid rollers. This unique solid roller will not split or deform like conventional split rollers. These solid rollers enhance durability of the chain, especially under extreme loads and temperatures.
HKK Stainless Steel roller chains are manufactured in accordance with ANSI dimensional specifications.
Produced to ASME/ANSI B29.4 standards, these chains are used in conveyor applications when loads are low and speeds are moderate.
They are similar to the Double-Pitch Power Transmission chains, but with link plates that have an oval contour, and can be produced with either standard or over-sized rollers.
They are most often found working on conveyors of all shapes and sizes and can be supplied with one or more of our many attachments to carry or convey products.
Conveyor Riveted Roller Chains
HKK “C” type straight side-bar (conveyor type) chain is built to the same specifications as our standard ANSI Superior Capacity Plus chain.
Dimensionally the same as ANSI series chain except with straight side plates, these chains are ideally suited for conveying product and/or sliding on a surface.
C type chain can be used with standard ANSI series sprockets.
