TUG HD Belt Clamps are designed to secure the belt for belt repair meeting the most stringent safety test standards. Available in 6 and 8 ton versions, TUG HD Belt Clamps provide even tensioning across the entire belt width for ultimate strength. Modular components allow for increased versatility and portability.
Why TUG HD Belt Clamps?
- Design: Clamps over belt; extruded non-slip grip pattern
- Belt type: Solid woven PVC/PVG or rubber-cover plied belting; flat, sidewall, chevron, etc.
- Belt thickness: 2 to 2.25 (50 mm to 55mm)
- Clamp screw torque: 200 Lb-Ft (270 N-m)
- Belt width: up to 96 (2400 mm)
- Material: High-grade aluminum bars; structural steel clamp ends
